Tim Stampton was born in Brighton in 1942. He did his art training at Canterbury College of Art and then studied ceramics at St Ives, Cornwall, with Bernard Leach. He moved to Malin, County Donegal, in 1990 where he set up a print workshop and studio/gallery. At Ballagh Studio he makes etching, woodcuts and illustrated books. Tim has exhibited widely in Canada, England, France, Germany and Ireland.
